A family friendly, kid friendly, fun spot with wallet friendly prices as well!
Trying to locate a local restaurant which is not part of a national chain and has a range of food choices both kids and adults will like, can pose a challenge. A potential solution to this dilemma, The Red Elephant Pizza and Grill. Although part of a Florida chain, The Red Elephant is a casual, fun filled, easy going kind of place; just the type of place you want after a hectic day at the office or a Friday night family dinner.
The menu offers a range of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, burgers, grilled items and of course pizza. For our meal we chose the following:
Kickin’ Chicken Wings: Choose either medium, hot, honey BBQ or teriyaki; served with bleu cheese and celery 8 boneless wings $5.99
Medium delivered the right amount of heat, the wings could use a little more sauce, celery and carrots with the bleu cheese were fresh and plentiful.
House Salad: Fresh greens, tomatoes, red onions, cucumbers, cheddar and monterey jack cheese and croutons $5.99
Served cold and crisp, a nicely sized portion of fresh greens and veggies with homemade bleu cheese dressing; refreshing.
Zorba’s Greek Salad: Romaine hearts, green peppers, red onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, black olives, pepperocinis, feta cheese and balsamic vinaigrette $6.99
Refreshingly crisp with a bite of flavor from the pepperocini and the balsamic.
Bar-B-Que Chicken Pizza: Grilled chicken, tangy BBQ sauce, red onions, jack & cheddar cheese Ind $6.99 Med $13.49 Lg $19.49
