Can anyone help? I’ve tried this a million times and am ready to give up. I just got this computer yesterday, switching from apple products. This message keeps popping up but doesn’t give me an option to sign in as admin. Only a finger print. I do the finger print then it says this.
A little back story: I set up my laptop wrong by accident. My dad has a 365 family plan so I logged into that upon starting the computer for the first time. Once my computer finished setting itself up and started for the first time it greeted me using my dad’s name and had all his documents synced to the computer. I created a new account and one thing led to another, now I am here. I created a new account and made it the Owner with MY information so that I could delete the one that had my dad’s info synced. However the computer said it had to be restarted in order to save the changes. Upon restarting, the new account I created and made the Owner was completely gone. I have been trying for 3 hours to get it to show back up and I can’t. I also can’t add a new account or hardly do anything because I am not on the admin account. Then I keep receiving this error message but yet it doesn’t allow me to type in the admin username/pw. i am praying someone is able to help me. Please please please.
