VPN users cannot connect to IP locked web service even with tunnel all on

Hey all, I’m fully aware this could just be me doing this wrong. It isn’t a high priority, more of a “it would be nice” kind of deal.

I have two users who occasionally work from home. They have domain joined PCs, and use the VPN while working. They can access everything internally - (shares, printers, etc.), but can’t access an RDWeb instance that we are migrating our primary software to. Our vendor has it locked down so that it will only accept connections from our NSA2650’s WAN addresses. Is there a way for the VPN to operate so that these laptops can access this site as though they are in our network? Is it a rule I’m missing?

Take a look at this KB. It may help. This is for SSLVPN. There are similar if you are using the IPSec client. Google is very helpful here.
