Trouble with MAC and Mobile Connect

I installed the Mobile connect app on a MAC running 13.3 Ventura. When I try to create the connection I get an error - Connection Error: Could not reach server x.x.x.x.

I have tried using x.x.x.x, https://x.x.x.x and https://x.x.x.x:4433 with no luck.

We have a static address from Comcast and I tried using the Gateway address as opposed to using our static as some troubleshooting steps recommended, same results. I also tried enabling send all traffic through VPN.

I tested on a Windows 11 system running the Global VPN client and everything works fine.

Ideas?

You need to configure SSL VPN on the sonicwall, global VPN does not use SSL VPN. or enable L2TP on the sonicwall and connect using the built in VPN on the mac.
