Come come come, how to save telegram accounts and settings with tails
Exact steps
I don’t know how to move telegram data to dotfile, I fail doing that
You took Tails to be anonymous on the internet and want your telegram account to be saved so your identity can be at risk?
You can save the session file to permanent storage before turning it on
Save where? Cold storage?
IIRC, when you boot Tails, there’s a persistent storage option, it can be used FOR dotfiles, but you can store your T. backup there.
Expose the backup with SMB or NFS on another machine, access with Tails, copy.
But what’s up with more traditional options, like veracrypt or openpuff?
Why do you need to have anything dangerous on you at all? Just throw it to any cloud storage as an encrypted archive.
Edit: There’s of course the option of mounting the hard drive on the same machine as the one running Tails, but IIRC mounting was problematic for FileVault and BitLocker, so I used SMB the last time I was saving SSH conf, like, 5 years ago, maybe it’s changed since.
I wouldn’t recommend having anything saved up in tails that’s the whole point of it to not save any data
They may be using a burner phone and # they bought with monero and a vpn. We don’t know.
