I want to use a free program just to change my location to like Virginia to get lower ping. I can’t seem to find a good vpn for speed though so I am looking for a certain program.
In case this is a serious post, spoofing your location will not lower your ping. The main factors in the ping you get in game is your physical distance from the servers and your internet provider, so even if you pretend to be somewhere else, the data will still take the same amount of time to travel to the server and back.
A program like Exitlag may, in some circumstances, give you slightly lower ping, but it won’t be a huge difference and it doesn’t work for everybody.

This would be like mailing something from amazon to your friend’s house, because your friend can walk it over to you in 20 seconds, and then expecting to get your package 20 seconds after you order it.
You might be thinking of ExitLag but it’s a VPN.
You can’t “change your location” without a VPN.

Yeah I just want lower ping in Missouri cause I have 1000 mbps Wi-Fi and 500 mpbs upload but 50 ping so I don’t know what to use
ping and bandwidth are completely unrelated, there is nothing you can do to lower your ping except for moving close to the servers
ping is a measurement of how long it takes information to get to the server from your computer
bandwidth is the total amount of data you can download or upload at once
you don’t even need 1MB/s bandwidth to have 0 ping if you live close enough to the servers, the amount of data being transferred is extremely small but the latency is what matters for online gaming
if you are really 50 ping then exitlag will almost certainly help you, it makes a huge difference for me because i also play on 50-60 ping, the game is SO much worse without it
